We know, we know. The small print isn’t the most riveting read, but it’s important you have read and understood our Terms and Conditions before purchasing from Postbox Party Ltd as in purchasing from Postbox Party you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We only collect information off you for two simple reasons, firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not send you any e-mail offers and product notifications unless you have given us your permission and we will always give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. We will never ever sell your personal information to those annoying third party people either.
On most orders made before 2.30pm (Monday-Friday, not including bank holidays) we will have them sent out to you with a 48 hour service, taking 2-3 days. For any personalised or large bespoke orders we usually allow at least 1 day make time and then they will be sent out using a 48 hour delivery service. The option to purchase next day delivery is available if ordered before 2.30pm Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. Please still allow at least 1 day make time on personalised orders.
If your order is personalised and made to order your item is unexchangeable and non refundable. If you are unhappy with your item we will try our hardest to rectify the problem within reason according to your issue you have.
Once you have confirmed your order you have also confirmed the spelling of any personalised elements of your order and delivery details. This can be changed and confirmed via an email to - email@example.com. Once the item is dispatched we are unable to make any changes.
If you receive your package and you are not happy with your choice, providing the item is unopened and not used please send it back, using the return label provided and on safe receipt we will issue you a refund. Please make sure you return within 28 days. Please get proof of postage from the post office as we cannot take responsibility for any items getting lost in the post. Please also note that we do not accept returns on personalised items, unless damaged in transit, by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are accepting our policy on personalised items. In the event that the contents of your party package are damaged during transit, we will replace any items damaged - please contact us immediately with a description and photographs on firstname.lastname@example.orgWe will not refund postage on returns unless the return is due to a fault our end.
We sincerely hope no harm will ever come as a result of one of our parties. However, Postbox Party Ltd is not liable for any personal injury caused by any of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that goods purchased from Postbox Party Ltd are given to guests of a suitable age and under adult supervision where necessary.
We aim to fill our party boxes with the items listed in the contents list for each party but due to demand, stock and availability this is sometimes not possible. In the event we are unable to provide the exact item we will always replace it with an equivalent item of the same value with something that suits the chosen party perfectly.

The food and drink present in the photography is there for illustrative purposes. Postbox Party does not provide food or drink.
All payments are made through Paypal or Stripe. Both services are a secure and reliable form of payment for both parties. Once your funds are cleared through either portal we will commence with the order.
Once your party is complete and boxed up we will personally pack up your party and pop it in the post. We use Royal Mail 48 and Next Day services as well as My Hermes. For all items that require a signature please ensure that you provide a suitable delivery address when checking out.
Please allow at least 3 days for the arrival of your party products, if you need your items urgently, please select the Next Day Delivery option and order before 3pm.
We will inform you when your item has been dispatched and give you a tracking number for items sent using a tracked service.
We will replace any lost orders, after confirmation from our courier, when returning items please get proof of postage from the Post Office as we cannot take responsibility for items getting lost in the post.
The prices and contents of our parties are subject to change and we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our items without notice at any time.
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights contained on this site and in the material published on it. All such rights are reserved.

In order to deliver your orders, communicate with yourselves and take payments we use partners who we have to share your details with. They all have their own privacy policies and can be accessed below. If you purchased from us via another platform, they too have their own privacy policies, which can also be accessed below.

We may publish and/or send links to other websites of interest. However, you should note that we do not have any control over other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. We advise that you identify their privacy policies yourself if you have any concerns.
